Rights in Content

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, hypersync is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, use, data, electronically transmitted orders, or other economic advantage) arising out of or in connection with the website, even if hypersync has previously been advised of, or reasonably could have foreseen, the possibility of such damages, however they arise, whether in breach of contract or in tort (including negligence), including without limitation damages due to (a) the use of or the inability to use the website; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into, through or from the website; ( c) statements or conduct of any third party on the website, including without limitation unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data, malicious or criminal behavior, or false or fraudulent transactions, or (d) content or information you may download, use, modify or distribute. This agreement and all claims relating to the relationship between the parties are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

HyperSync respect our customer and learner’s rights to data privacy and protection and as such we have revised our internal policies, procedures, working practices in order to meet the requirements of the GDPR. We place a high priority on protecting and managing data in accordance with accepted standards and indeed helping our customers utilise our products and services to the same end.
Collection of your Personal Information
HyperSync collects personally identifiable information, such as e-mail address, name, work address and telephone number. HyperSync also collects demographic information which is only used in aggregate and not unique to you as an individual including postal code. There may also be information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected. This information can include your IP address, browser type and domain names. This information is used by HyperSync for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the HyperSync website.

Use of your personal information
HyperSync collects and uses personal information to operate the HyperSync website and deliver the services you have requested.
